Bernie O'Donnell is Lead Consultant and CEO of Performisys
LLC, a Dallas based leadership consulting firm specializing in Strategic
Indexing (TM) and talent management. A
highly regarded international speaker, Bernie has his bachelor's detree in
Commerce from the University of Richmond plus 22 years of sales and management
experience with IBM. He started what is
now Performisys in 1990. Along the way,
he has served as chairman of a private school, and as president of several
organizations, including a political action committee, an economic development
corporation, and an association of professional consultants. He is currently president of the Dallas
