The Regional Leadership Conference concept is to bring as many affiliate leaders and members as possible to one location to learn more about SME-International, to hone their leadership skills, and to share ideas with the leaders from other affiliates. The purpose of all of this is to make your years as leaders easier and more successful. The 2002 series of RLCs will be expanded again to appeal to all members and not just the leadership with the addition of new sessions on the agenda.
The RLCs will kick-off on Friday morning and run through early afternoon on Saturday. The emphasis will be on focused learning with lots of peer group interaction.
The meeting agenda will include a CEO Panel with the top managers of several corporations sitting on the panel. Then there will be breakout sessions on specific leadership development topics. There will also be opportunities to improve our skills as sales and marketing managers.
