Don’t forget about the After Hours System Support that is available to help with network and Skyward system support.  The emergency system support hours are outside IT Services’ normal hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST).  Click here to go to the Skyward Customers Only page for more information on the days and times the After Hours Support is available (you will need your login and password to access this page).

The After Hours System Support is intended for emergency use only and is not covered by the Skyward Support Contract.  All time is billable regardless of the type of support provided.  For more information on the After Hours System Support from IT Services, please contact Skyward support at 800-236-0001.
