I think the longer you’re in the investment business, the more you come to humanize the financial markets. For instance, last week the markets reminded us like a mindful parent, that it’s just not that easy. “Don’t Forget!” she said, to respect what you are given because I will take it away if you misbehave. Can you tell I have a 4 year old in the house? Anyway, last week represented a spanking in many ways and frustration with the markets is on the rise (again). Let’s digest reality and fear and make some good judgments about what action is necessary if any at this point.
