Tomorrow morning we will be making our first charitable contribution to our own donor advised fund established through the Denver Community Foundation (www.denverfoundation.com ). The initial contribution is $25,000 and we intend to add to the fund through out the year using the 12b-1 fees collected from all of your accounts held at Invesco. Again, the 12b-1 fees are part of the management expenses inherent to all Invesco funds but we have applied to collect those fees instead of leaving them at Invesco. This has been a work in progress now for the last year and I am excited be working with my wife Sarah in funding the companies, laws and efforts in support of Natural Capitalism. Natural Capitalism is a relatively new concept that is sweeping across all environmental conservation groups as a new venue for substantial change. Natural Capitalism provides consumers and producers an economic incentive to reduce and reuse valuable natural resources and pave the way for a sustainable environment.
