SirsiDynix Executives Travel the Globe to Meet with Customers

SirsiDynix customers around the world are getting a chance to meet with top SirsiDynix executives and hear firsthand about the company’s plans, operations, and latest solutions. This Executive Road Show coincides with regional SirsiDynix users’ group meetings in the United Kingdom, France, Australia, and China, and gives customers a great opportunity to interact face-to-face with SirsiDynix leadership and ask questions of interest to them.

The Road Show kicked off with great success in Birmingham, England, on March 27-28. The next stop was Paris on March 30-31. Moving on to Asia-Pacific, the Road Show will take place in Shanghai, China, on April 3-4, and in Taipei on April 6, and will conclude with a stop in Melbourne, Australia, on April 10-11.

In Birmingham and Paris, Patrick Sommers, SirsiDynix chief executive officer, opened up the Road Show with a corporate overview. Peter Gethin, managing director for Europe, Middle East, & Africa followed with an update on the company’s regional operations. In addition, Steven Nielsen, senior vice president of product management, shared about the latest in SirsiDynix solutions. Customers also heard from Stephen Abram, vice president of innovation, who shared insights and engaged in discussions on the current landscape and future dynamics of libraries and library technology. To wrap up the meetings, Patrick Sommers and other SirsiDynix staff answered attendees’ questions.

The Asia-Pacific meetings will follow similar formats, with the addition of Lamar Jackson, SirsiDynix vice president of Asia-Pacific, providing the update on regional operations.
