Jeanne Rogers, Self-Service Coordinator, Client Care
Last month, Jeanne Rogers became Sirsi's first Self-Service coordinator. This new position was created so that new methodologies can be developed to empower Sirsi clients to resolve issues proactively. As Jeanne explained it, "I think individuals in general are more inclined to want to help themselves. Sirsi is focused on increasing, and improving the content we provide to our clients, as well as making the content more accessible so that users have a 24/7 self-service option that hasn't been available before. This is another way for Sirsi to expand our services and commitment to serving our clients – building upon the concept of a Client Care Support Community I hope to promote."
