Meet Nicole Clark, Team Leader from Las Vegas. She shares her experience building a strong team.

My favorite thing about being a Leader with SimplyFun... is that I get to help people find their own success, and in turn help with my own success. I try and stay in contact with my team, and they know that if they need support in sponsoring, I am here to have 3-way calls or just help them with suggestions on how to motivate someone to join sooner than later. Although, some of my team members are so self-motivated that they motivate me.

My #1 tip for a new consultant is to hit their fast start goals... Pick up the phone! Set your 2 launch party dates and start calling everyone you know. People want to support you and help you succeed in your new venture. Let them know that is what they are doing... When they get to your party, they will see how amazing the products are and they will have to have them. Always remember, HAVE FUN... People will feel your excitement and want to be part of it.

Words of advice for those striving to be a team leader... What I would say is, "Lead by example". If your team sees you working they will see what the potential is. Also, be there and reach out to your team. I feel like our team is a family and we are all there to support each other. I definitely learn something from everyone on my team!

As for training that I utilize... If I can, I am on the calls! I learn something new every time. I not a big self researcher, so I love to hear the calls because they tell me what I need to know. I am also always reaching out to Shelley for advice, ideas, and support. She, and all of the regionals, are amazing and have so much to offer. If you reach out to them, they are more than willing to help us out. I LOVE THAT!
