Scholarship Winner at TechNet International
Sedofia N. Gedzah (r), an electrical engineering student at Temple University in Philadelphia, received the AFCEA Educational Foundation’s Sgt. Jeannette L. Winters Memorial Scholarship in September 2003. Gedzah’s appreciation and growing awareness of AFCEA and of its chapter structure, persuaded him to establish a subchapter at the university this spring and serve as its first president.
