Inaugural Employment Seminar in Upper Valley

SPBG held its first annual Upper Valley  Employment Law Seminar on September 14 at the Hanover Inn.  The event drew attendees from a wide variety of Upper Valley employers in both New Hampshire and Vermont. Five SPBG attorneys from our Manchester, Boston, and Upper Valley offices gave presentations on an array of important current issues for employers: recent legislative and case law developments; the new Fair Labor

Standards Act regulations; employer email and computer use strategies; the Family and Medical Leave Act; and current employee benefits issues.

The seminar was well received and will be an annual event.
