Ideal Attorneys

When the October 2003 issue of New Hampshire Magazine hit the newsstands, the cover story featured the state’s best lawyers. The attorneys and staff at Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green were pleased to see so many of their professional colleagues were recognized as the Ideal Attorneys in the state. Selections for this honor were made via a poll conducted by the magazine and the New Hampshire Bar Association in which they asked the state’s lawyers to name those who best represent the ideal in the legal profession in a number of categories.

It is a special honor to be recognized by one’s peers and we congratulate all of the attorneys who were mentioned. In particular, we are pleased to acknowledge the following Sheehan Phinney attorneys who were named in the magazine as Ideal Attorneys: Michael C. Harvell, Complex Litigation; James P. Reidy, Labor and Employment; James E. Higgins, Tenacious Defender-Civil Law; W. Michael Dunn and James Q. Shirley in the NH Defender Most Like Atticus Finch category; W. Michael Dunn and Edward A. Haffer, NH Lawyer Most Like Perry Mason; and James E. Higgins again as the NH Lawyer You’d Least Like to Face. Both Christopher Cole and Alan L. Reische were listed under “Who is the Smartest Lawyer You Know?” Bradford E. Cook and Kimon S. Zachos were listed as Public Citizen #1 for their local involvements. Bradford was also cited in the Political Partisan-Republican category.
