Guide to Handling Objections: Pre-Paid Maintenance

Objection: I don't want to make my payments any higher.

Response: Think about this: by pre-paying for the required maintenance, you never have to worry about paying for an oil change or budgeting for other maintenance items for the duration of the plan. Wouldn't you rather budget for these expenses at today's prices? For only $___ more a month, you can have the savings and convenience pre-paid maintenance provides.

Objection: So, I'm just pre-paying for oil changes?

Response: Good question! Pre-paid maintenance isn't just an oil change program. You also receive a safety inspection to alert you to potential problems, tire rotation and air filter changes. Plus, you have the reassurance that factory-trained technicians will be performing your maintenance work.

Objection: I just don't want it.

Response: I understand, but did you know that not having scheduled maintenance performed can lead to many problems down the road, including voiding your factory warranty? I just want to make sure your car is in the best shape for years to come.
