Effective February 1, 2011, the Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-Owned Extended Limited Warranty features additional mileage coverage. The new one year extended warranty covers up to 120,000 miles and the new two year package features coverage up to 135,000 miles. Previously the MBCPO Extended Limited Warranty covered up to 100k miles, so the enhancement is quite generous. If you own a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes-Benz model you may be eligible to purchase this additional protection.
Just a reminder to all Mercedes-Benz owners, the original manufacturer warranty on a new Mercedes-Benz protects you for 4 years or up to 50k miles. After your warranty expires, you are responsible for all repairs whether your car is leased or financed. You are eligible to purchase an Extended Limited Warranty prior to the expiration date or before you reach 50k miles on your car. We have several ELW packages available.
