Surf’s up in business development at Virginia-based Compass Technology Management. The company plans to add sales professionals to service its Mid-Atlantic client base and expand its presence nationally among large non-profit organizations.
Compass Technology Management is a privately held IT solutions company that helps its clients with technology systems to manage critical business information, reduce operating expenditures and increase overall efficiency. In 2002, the company added a Level 3 Data Center in Nashville, TN to complement its current data center in Virginia Beach, VA.
“We have an exceptional technical staff and a significant number of Microsoft and Cisco certified engineers. We’re well positioned to deliver the services and technical expertise that our clients have requested. In 2003, we plan to increase our investment in business development, particularly those who can manage long-term relationships and propose sophisticated, integrated IT solutions,” stated Katie Keene, HR & Recruiting Director. “Presently, we are looking for business development managers to serve clients in the Mid-Atlantic area. Qualified, experienced sales professionals can be difficult to find, but once they are identified, we’re ready to make an offer.”
The company specializes in managed IT services and CRM solutions, including multi-channel marketing systems for large non-profit organizations. With nearly 100 employees, Compass has doubled its size since its inception in March 2000. Part of this growth is attributed to the long-term relationships Compass establishes with its client base.
