Steven C. Morgan, President & CEO

Steven Morgan has 19 years of direct and channel sales management, product and services marketing, and professional services experience in the software industry. Steven is the founder of SalesRecruits.com, and the entrepreneurial leader of our sales, marketing, and development teams. 

Prior to SalesRecruits.com, Steven was a Senior Vice President of Marketing and Product Management for Allen Systems Group, one of the largest privately held software companies in the world.  Before that, he was a Product Vice President responsible for field sales and marketing with McAfee Software during the company’s ascent from a small player to a major industry leader.  Earlier in his career Steven co-founded a company that became one of the Top 100 Network Integrators in North America for three years running.  Steven lives with his wife and five children in Fort Salonga, New York.  He enjoys coaching CYO basketball and fishing off the shores of Long Island.
 
Eileen A. Bode, Esq., Chief Financial Officer
Eileen Bode has over 10 years of general business, financial and corporate legal experience. Eileen is responsible for managing all financial and legal matters for SalesRecruits.com

Previously, Eileen was the managing partner for Stouges, Morgan & Moonis, P.C., a Long Island based law firm practicing in the areas of corporate law and real estate. Before that, she was a corporate attorney with Werner & Kennedy, a prestigious New York City based law firm representing major corporations throughout the U.S. Earlier in her career, Eileen worked as a Registered Nurse in the pediatrics unit at New York University Hospital.  Eileen holds a law degree from St. John's University in New York where she was on the St. John's Law Review, and listed in Who's Who Among American Law Students. She holds a bachelor's degree in Nursing from Villanova University where she graduated Cum Laude in 1985.  Eileen lives with her husband and five children in Northport, New York.
 
Gloria Pradas, Vice President of Marketing
Gloria Pradas is a diversified HR executive with over 15 years recruitment experience in both the information technology and financial services industries.   Gloria is responsible for managing all of the marketing and public relations activities for SalesRecruits.com.
 
Before joining SalesRecruits.com, Gloria was responsible for human resources management, recruitment, and employment for Reuters Information Technology, located in Hauppauge, NY. At Reuters, Gloria was an early adopter of Internet recruiting tools, and over time developed a world class Internet recruiting strategy for the company.  In her role, she trained Reuters HR recruiters nationwide in the use of Internet recruiting strategies as well as conducted various employee and management training programs for the software development and technical staff.  Prior to Reuters, Gloria held a variety of human resources positions including Manager of Staffing with Multiwire/ Kollmorgen, Employment Manager with Litton Systems/Amecom division, and Human Resources Generalist with Contel Information Systems.   Gloria holds a BA Psychology/French from the College of Mount St. Vincent, Riverdale, NY and continues to pursue advanced studies in Spanish and French languages. She enjoys running in the local LI races, biking, and sailing. 

Todd Fishkind, Director of Sales

Todd Fishkind is a seasoned veteran of the software industry with over 20 years of direct and channels sales experience. Todd is responsible for directing sales of the SalesRecruits.com service to software and technology companies globally.

Prior to SalesRecruits.com, Todd was a regional sales manager with McAfee Software and then Network Associates. In this role, he consulted on and licensed enterprise security and network management solutions to Chief Information Officers and senior IT executives. During his tenure with the company, Todd was consistently a top performer and played a key role in helping the company to expand its market share and presence in the Northeast U.S.  Todd has held consulting and sales positions with: PHD (acquired by Computer Associates) where he consulted on and licensed enterprise help desk solutions to senior IT executives; CCH where he consulted on and licensed knowledge-based software tools to finance executives; Unisys where he marketed and licensed mainframe based MRP systems and software to manufacturers; and Computer Language Research where he marketed and sold the leading tax preparation software to the Big 8 (now Big 5) and large CPA and consulting firms. Todd lives with his wife and two sons in Plainview, New York.

Terry D. Conroy, Regional Manager
Terry Conroy is an accomplished high-tech executive with over 20 years of business development and management experience across various industries.  Terry is responsible for managing sales of the SalesRecruits.com service to software and technology companies in the Western U.S.
 
Prior to joining SalesRecruits.com, Terry directed the sales efforts for two prominent Internet companies who provided niche online services to the software and real estate industries.  Before that, she was responsible for marketing and account development at Westech’s Virtual Job Fair, the Internet division of the world’s largest national job fair company.  In this position, Terry developed recruiting strategies with HR executives at Fortune 500 companies and high-tech organizations nationally.  Terry lives with her son in Palo Alto, CA.
