July Healthy Focus of the Month
Food Allergy Awareness

Food allergies are an abnormal response to a food triggered by your body’s immune system. Food allergies affect 6 to 8 percent of children under the age of 4, and approximately 4 percent of adults, with a much higher percentage of people harboring a food intolerance.

Korean Chapchae

Chapchae, or Japchae, is one of the most popular Korean noodle dishes. The sweet potato noodles absorb a lot of flavor, thus making this dish far from bland, yet still quite delicate. If you’re looking for a dish that won’t leave you feeling heavy, this dish is for you.

Customer Testimonial
Dear all,

I received my repaired boiler and lid today. Outstanding!! So nice to see the old tried-and-true pot and lid which I dearly love with new handles!

A tear came to my eye knowing how pleased my Mother would be to see it and to know that the Saladmaster products she bought in the early 60’s are still in daily use by me. And that her grandchildren will someday be using these very same rugged, dependable cooking utensils.

The tinkling sound always reminds me of my childhood when my Mother prepared dinner. Funny, it’s the little things in life that stimulate such vivid memories.

I am thrilled to experience a solid company that stands behind its work and reputation when it says “Lifetime Guarantee.” Saladmaster – you and your regional agents here in California have exceeded my expectations!

All the best,
Richard M - Manteca, California

Severe allergic reactions are often referred to as antiphylaxis and may indeed be deadly.
