When cooking eggs with Saladmaster, always preheat your skillet on medium-low heat for 2 to 3 minutes before cooking.
Fried Eggs:
Using a paper towel, slightly brush inside of the utensil with a small amount of healthy cooking oil. Preheat skillet. Add eggs, cover and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Scrambled Eggs:
Using a paper towel, slightly brush inside of the utensil with a small amount of healthy cooking oil. Preheat skillet. Add the whipped eggs and scramble. Cover and cook 2 to 3 minutes.
Poached Eggs:
Preheat skillet. Add 4 tablespoons of water to the skillet, crack eggs over water, cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Hard Cooked Eggs:
Place two folded wet paper towels in the bottom of the utensil. Top with whole eggs and cover. Turn temperature setting to medium-low. When Vapo Valve® begins to click, turn heat to lowest temperature setting. Cook 7 to 15 minutes, depending on number of eggs.
