The following contest is intended for viewing in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. Do not proceed in this site if you are not located in the United States.

The following ROTELLA Internet Extreme Trucking Contest is intended for viewing in the United States only and shall be construed and evaluated according to United States law. Contest open only to legal United States residents, located in the United States. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Do not proceed in this site if you do not meet these criteria.

1. How to Enter: To enter the contest, complete and submit the online ROTELLA Internet Extreme Trucking Contest Entry Form at www.ROTELLA.com. One entry per person and/or e-mail address. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, entrant shall be deemed to be the individual who is the authorized account holder of record for the e-mail account where the entry originated. All entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time) on Thursday, October 16, 2003. By submitting an entry, entrants agree that they may be contacted by the Sponsor and their extreme trucking experiences may be posted on www.ROTELLA.com. All entries become the property of Sponsor.

2. Extreme Trucking Experiences: All extreme trucking experiences must be original and the entrant must own all rights to the experience. If requested, entrants must be able to produce proof of copyright ownership. Experiences that violate the copyright or any other rights of a third person or entity will be disqualified. Obscene, provocative, or otherwise prurient content will be disqualified. Sponsor has sole discretion as to what constitutes unsuitable content.

3. Weekly Winner Selection: Eligible entries will be placed in a password-protected database. At the end of every weekly submission period, a panel of two judges will review the extreme trucking experiences and select one winner. The panel of judges will be made up of one employee of Sponsor and one employee of Sponsor’s advertising agency. Judging will be based on the following criteria: (1) originality; (2) theme; and (3) appropriateness to subject matter (extreme trucking). All decisions of the judges are final. Judging will be completed by the Friday of every week beginning Friday, August 15 until Friday, October 17, 2003.

4. Winners/Prizes: The weekly Winner will receive a ROTELLA T windbreaker (Approximate retail value: $55). Total approximate retail value of all prizes during the ten-week contest period: $550. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value or cash, should a prize become unavailable. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. Winners are responsible for all taxes.

5. Notification: The weekly Winner will be notified by e-mail on the Friday of every contest week beginning August 15 and ending October 17, 2003. Winners must acknowledge the receipt of the notification email within seven days of notification. Non-compliance within this time period or return of any Winner notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate Winner will be selected.

6. Eligibility: Must be a legal resident of the United States, residing in the United States, to submit an entry. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees (including their immediate family members and those living in the same household) of SOPUS Products (“Sponsor”) and its member companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and/or advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter.

7. Other Conditions: This contest is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By entering this contest, entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final in all matters relating to the contest. Sponsor and its member companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and/or advertising and promotional agencies are not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries, for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete entry information, whether caused by a contestant or by an equipment or technical malfunction, or for any technical error or malfunctions or clerical errors.

Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any deletion, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor and any affiliated companies, promotional and advertising agencies, and/or prize providers, are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, providers or servers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading of any materials on the ROTELLA web site.

YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR ANY ERROR OR FAILURE IN THE TRANSMISSION OR HANDLING OF ENTRIES OR IN ANY OTHER ASPECT OF THE CONDUCT OF THE CONTEST ON THE PART OF SPONSOR, OR ANY MEMBER COMPANIES, AFFILIATED COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, PROMOTIONAL AND ADVERTISING AGENCIES, AND/OR PRIZE PROVIDERS, IS THE REPLACEMENT OF AN ENTRY, IF POSSIBLE.

Sponsor is not responsible for notifications that are misdirected or not received because of email addresses or mailing addresses that are no longer correct. If any ROTELLA Internet Extreme Trucking Contest notification is returned as undeliverable, such person may be disqualified and, if disqualified, the award shall be forfeited and shall be awarded to an alternate winner. Throughout the duration of the ROTELLA Internet Extreme Trucking Contest, any failure to accept or receive email from ROTELLA.com will result in your automatic disqualification from the ROTELLA Internet Extreme Trucking Contest.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the ROTELLA Internet Extreme Trucking Contest. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the ROTELLA Internet Extreme Trucking Contest offer or administration of the ROTELLA Internet Extreme Trucking Contest including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Official Rules, the selection and announcement of the winner or the distribution of the prize(s). Sponsor reserves the right to halt or cancel the ROTELLA Internet Extreme Trucking Contest at any time without obligation or prior notice.

By entering the ROTELLA Internet Extreme Trucking Contest, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its member companies, affiliates and/or subsidiaries and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising in whole or in part from or in connection with the ROTELLA Internet Extreme Trucking Contest, including in connection with the award, use or misuse of any prize. Winners grant Sponsor permission to use their name, address (city/state only), extreme trucking experience and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

If it is not possible to operate the contest as planned, including infection caused by computer virus, bugs, tampering, fraud, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, integrity, fairness, or proper conduct of the ROTELLA Internet Extreme Trucking Contest, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the ROTELLA Internet Extreme Trucking Contest.

8. List of Winners: The names of the Winners will be posted on www.ROTELLA.com from Friday, August 15 to Friday, October 17, 2003.
