The State of Oregon increased the amount of the bio-diesel blend from 2% to 5%.  How does this effect those of you that drive diesel fueled vehicles?  When the State first put 2% in effect, we saw a loss of 1 to 2 miles per gallon.  We also saw, during cold temperatures, a longer crank time and some smoke on cold start up.
