2007 was a year of tremendous growth and opportunity for RightStar. As an IT service management consultancy, we closely watched the ITIL v3 rollout and made further commitments to the ITIL framework. Nikki Haase, RightStar’s Director of New Business Solutions, became an ITIL Master, and all our systems consultants are or will soon be ITIL v3 Foundation level certified. Our “Implementing ITIL Out-of-the-Box” webinar, held on December 13, drew the highest attendance in RightStar webinar history.
