I had a bit of a struggle this month writing my cover article.  I have been so used to talking about my latest trip, newest adventure or some other activity from the month.  This month as I sit here I was originally stuck, what to write about?
 
Then it hit me; it’s the CALM before the storm!  I was given this month to rest, re-group and get ready for the adventures ahead.  As most of you know we moved our office on October first (new address below), and are lucky to have the downtime to get organized for the traditional 4^th quarter rush of bookings for 2003.
 
The holidays will soon be upon us, with family and friends coming to visit, many parties to attend and all the crazy shopping we do this time of year.  So I decided to enjoy the month – visit with friends, clean out the garage and get ride of some of the clutter.  (Thank you Ebay!)

We have also been busy at work negotiating and holding space for next summers’ expected rush to Alaska.  We have space on many cruise lines and many varying itineraries.  Please call us if you have been thinking about going to Alaska in 2003.
 
Next month I will have TWO great reviews for you, as I will be sailing on the Explorer of the Seas in Late October on a Western Caribbean itinerary and then again in Mid-November I will be sailing on the Inaugural cruise of Carnivals’ newest and largest ship, the CONQUEST!
