Cruising to FUNdraise!
Raising funds can be FUN!

What is your idea of FUN? The thrill of discovering new places! Is it great food? Exciting activities? Pampering Service? You'll find all of the above and more on a fun-filled cruise! Best of all, you are raising money for your organization.

We all go on vacation. Imagine your members, friends, neighbors and family going on vacation, having the time of their lives, and all the while your organization is making money!

We offer a very unique opportunity for your Fund Raising endeavor! Where else can you find a "FUNdraising" idea that everyone will enjoy and your organization makes a sizable income?

You must be a non-profit organization!

Here's how it works!

You Pick:

  1. The Destination of your cruise
  2. The length of your cruise
  3. The sailing date

The size of the group sailing is not necessarily limited to your organization's membership. Have your members invite their friends, neighbors, family members and even other organizations. A family reunion can even be incorporated into your "FUN"d raising activities. How? One of your members may have family in New York and California. They invite their family members to go with them on the cruise and you make money for the guests they bring along. Yes, we can and will provide their airfare and transportation to the ship where family members reunite. Special party and meeting rooms are available aboard ship, and we will be happy to have them reserved for you.

We do all the rest:

  1. We make a formal presentation complete with videos
  2. We make all the reservations
  3. We coordinate everything
  4. We provide and explain the documents to all the guests prior to sailing
  5. We answer all questions in the interim

Now, Let's get down to dollars!

Example A

Your group will already get a group discount, which will be substantially below brochure prices. We increase this discounted price by $80 per stateroom on a 7 day cruise.
The group sells 25 staterooms.
25 staterooms x $80 = $2000.
Carnival Cruise Line will match up to $80 per stateroom on a 7 day cruise.
CCL pays charity $80 x 25 = $2000. Total fund raising $4000.

Example B

Your group marks up the group price by $100 per stateroom on a 4 day cruise.
Group sells 25 staterooms.
25 staterooms x $100 = $2500.
CCL will match up to $40 per stateroom on a 3, 4 or 5 day cruise.
CCL pays charity 25 x $40 = $1000 Total fund raising $3500.

Example C

With 44 paid guests (22 staterooms) on a 10 day cruise, group earns four free cruises* (based on one for 10). Lets say the value of the free cruises* total $3672 (a made up number).
CCL will match up to $160 per stateroom x 22 staterooms = $3520.
CCL pays charity $3520. Total fund raising $7192.

Call for prices on a 3, 4, 5 7, 10 or longer cruise and let's discuss what your organization can earn! We'll help you determine which program is best for you and your guests.

*Free cruises are cruise only. Does not include airfare, port fees or taxes.

Beats selling candy bars and magazines door to door, doesn't it?
