Now that the weather has cooled down on the outside, it's the perfect time to turn up the heat inside. This is a mouth watering fall off of the bone delightful recipe that will be a perfect addition to any table top.
Ribs-With Homemade Dry Rub
Ingredients:
2 small racks of baby back ribs
2 ½ cups of brown sugar
Tsp celery powder
Tsp dry mustard
Tsp cayenne pepper
Tsp sea salt
½ tsp white pepper
½ tsp nutmeg
Directions: Pre-heat oven to 285 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients above together in large bowl with a fork. Wash both racks of baby back ribs in warm water, and dry. Baste ribs with olive oil then liberally coat ribs on both sides with dry rub.
Place in oven and slow cook for 3 hrs at 285 degrees.
