Measuring Supply Chain Performance

One useful way to look at the Mid-Market is to appreciate that on one side of the Supply Chain you find the Wal-Mart's and Big Box retail operations; and on the other side of the Supply Chain you find the GM, GE's and other hugh manufacturing concerns.  The mid-market are those folks being squeezed in-between!
