Measuring Supply Chain Performance
by Ken Rohleder, the Rohleder Group

Dear Reader,

One useful way to look at the Mid-Market is to appreciate that on one side of the Supply Chain you find the Wal-Mart's and Big Box retail operations; and on the other side of the Supply Chain you find the GM, GE's and other hugh manufacturing concerns.  The mid-market are those folks being squeezed in-between!

Learning how to continually improve your supply chain performance is probably high on your list. Given how little time most of us have to actually do this sort of thing this SMOKE SIGNAL article is a must-read.

Kenny Rohleder has prepared a White Paper on Measuring Supply Chain Performance that is concise, direct and to-the-point. Click on the Full Story below for the details.

Please let me know how Rainmakers Consortium of Strategic Partners (like Ken Rohleder) can be of value to you and your company.

Thanks for your time and consideration.
