Our Client

Bill Mundo, Director of Business and Process Management at Stericycle, a rapidly growing medical waste management firm. The company offers bio-waste products, services and consultation to organizations around the world. Stericyle trades on NASDAQ and is based in Lake Forrest, Illinois.  


 

The Technical Setting

Stericycle operates an enterprise-wide IT function with proprietary applications and maintains a high quality web presence.


 

The Client Concern

In an industry used to rigid pricing, Stericycle wanted customers to have flexible new options for choosing their products and services. Needing to act quickly – despite an overtaxed IT department- the company formed a small team of business analysts to launch a pilot using interim systems based on common tools like Microsoft Access to offer new pricing models.  Stericycle executive Bill Mundo knew that his business-savvy team would need help to advance their technical skills to keep pace.   


The Entec Data Systems Approach

Enter Entec. Stericycle liked the company’s technical expertise and were delighted to meet Tom Ennis. Mundo remembers, “We saw that Tom was a combination technical guru, mentor and teacher.
