Subaru Outback Gets a Makeover for 2008
The Outback 2.5 XT is Limited in name only.
The Subaru Outback dispenses with the armor cladding on its lowers and goes naked and wagon-only for 2008. The cleaner look is accompanied by subtle styling tweaks that give the Outback a decidedly upscale look. Don’t worry because the aggressive raised stance is still there. It’s just beautified with a chrome-trimmed grille and larger foglights in the front. Inside, the changes are more dramatic with a leather- and wood-trimmed cabin design that showcases new technologies. Many shoppers find the Outback 2.5 XT Limited to their taste since it builds on the already extensive list of standard Outback features to add sugar to an already sweet ride. The XT model carries an MSRP of $30,995.
