As part of the effort to continually improve Qualmark services, updates are created and released to keep pace with technological advances. Older Qualmark chambers may be operating on a control system which is no longer supportable due to obsolescence. Affected control systems include: the 3.11, “e” Series, and Entrelec PLC.

Qualmark has developed an excellent upgrade path to our Allen Bradley PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) system. Upgraded chambers will benefit significantly with added improvements in control and performance as well as the added functionality available with Typhoon Manager 5.  Click here for an overview of upgrade benefits and features.

We encourage customers to upgrade now to avoid costly equipment down-time caused by hardware failure of obsolete control systems.

Under the direction of the company's new Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Alan Perkins, Qualmark has revamped its sales group with industry veterans.

This is a return to Qualmark for Perkins who held this same position from 2003 to 2006 when he delivered double-digit sales growth for twelve consecutive quarters.

Another Qualmark and industry veteran, Ken Ryan, has returned to Qualmark as Director of Sales, EMIA (Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa).

Tom Peters, with Qualmark for 7 years, has been named Director of Sales, Asia-Pacific. Assisting Peters is a new Asian-based HALT/HASS specialist, Walter Wu, who will provide sales, service and support in the region.

Rick Perry will continue his position as Sales Director, North and South America.
