Washington, D.C., April 28, 2009 -- Periodically, an outbreak of swine flu has been reported in pigs; however, human infections with severe illness, such as pneumonia and/or respiratory failure, along with diarrhea and vomiting are also reported. The main symptom of this disease is easily confused with that of other flu-like signs such as fever, cough, sore throat, body aches, headache, chills and fatigue etc.
