NEW ORLEANS -- A New Orleans East woman is unable to move into her home because the home next door at 7031 Barrington Court is uninhabitable. "I'm at my wit's end. I don't know where to turn anymore. I don't know what to do -- where to go," Beverly Moore said. Moore has been fighting to move back into her townhouse ever since Katrina, but the property next door has posed a problem.
