Man falls to death in VA hospital air duct

A man cleaning air ducts at the Veterans Administration Hospital in University Circle fell to his death this morning. "He was working in a horizontal duct, slipped into a vertical one and fell from the sixth floor to the second floor," VA spokesman Chuck Bonacci said.
