More than a dozen families have been forced to live for over two years in an Emeryville hotel. Their brand new condos are filled with mold and therefore, are uninhabitable, and there doesn't seem to be a solution. Craig Winsor and his dog, Einstein, have been in the Woodfin Hotel for two-and-a-half years because they can't live in their brand new condo. Craig Winsor, Condo Owner: "I mean the key issue is the leaks, technically, and the leaks are then causing the mold."

Pajaro Valley school district headed to trial over high school mold cleanup

The Pajaro Valley Unified School District appears to be headed to court in an attempt to recoup more than $1 million in costs associated with the removal of mold during construction of Pajaro Valley High School.At a special board meeting Wednesday, a retired teacher expressed concern that she was afraid district officials were spending too much in attorney fees to win a lawsuit that could have been handled out of court.
