Anaheim, CA -- On Monday, May 23, Dr. Rajiv Sahay took the indoor air quality industry by storm at the 2005 American Industrial Hygiene Conference Expo. Over 450 industrial hygiene professionals were in attendance as he presented compelling findings of a decade-long study entitled “Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ): A 10-Year Case Study for Industry IEQ Guidelines” as a part of the Mold Exposure Assessment and Evaluation podium session at the Anaheim Convention Center.

Mold Work To Be Done This Summer
Mold will be scrubbed away at Osceola Magnet School and Sebastian River High School after students leave.

INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — Mold found at two Indian River County schools this year is expected to be scrubbed away by the end of the summer. Work at Osceola Magnet School is scheduled to begin June 6, after students have left the building for the summer, said Gerry Koziel, director of risk management for the district.

Legionnaires Outbreak
Growing epidemic of legionnaires' disease in Fredrikstad

According to the media, there is an outbreak of legionellosis in the Norwegian towns of Fredrikstad and Sarpsborg. The Norwegian newspaper Aftenposten reports that 11 cases have so far been confirmed, including 2 deaths (females, 70-80 years of age).
