When Hurricane Charley was approaching Florida's west coast, residents were fleeing from the Category 4, 8-10 ft. storm surge, high winds and impending catastrophic destruction. In the wake of every storm is the second wave that can also be devastating. This second wave can take as long as 3-6 months to arrive, but when it hits there can be serious health implications.

Courthouse Ills Force Judges to Camp Out

Owner of Pepperell mold house: Lenders reneged on promises

Home lenders Fannie Mae and Washington Mutual have apparently reneged on prior assurances that the Davis family would not be responsible for a $227,000 loan on their 20A Shawnee Road home. Nancy Davis was told about a month and a half ago that she could expect a "charge-off" on her mortgage because her house is badly infested with toxic mold.
