Yet another lawsuit over "black mold", this time in OH


Black Mold Fruiting Structure, Aspergillus sp. Sheila Marshall of West Chester Township says she abandoned her $250,000 house in August on her doctor's advice. Marshall blames the mold on faulty construction and water leaks and is suing Fischer Homes in Butler County Common Pleas Court.
