Residents of a HUD housing development on the Blackfeet Indian Reservation 30 miles east of Browning, MT allege that mold is causing illness and even death. The mold growth is claimed to be the result of faulty construction and deferred maintenance. Tribal leaders and officials with the Indian Health Service (IHS) say there’s little evidence so far to back up their contentions that the structures are making some people sick.
