Clearwater, FL – March 2008, Pure Air Control Services offers an array of educational IEQ training courses. These comprehensive courses have been a tremendous success. Past attendees ranged from governments, educational facilities (K-12), resorts, health care, home manufacturers, environmental consultants, to HVAC contractors, home inspectors, and industrial hygienists.
The IEQ Courses include:
· Webinars – (2 hours) Join the professional staff at Pure Air Control Services for informative topics on IAQ from the comfort of your home or office. Topics include:
· How to evaluate indoor environments
· Mold Remediation
· How to Interpret Environmental Lab reports
· Microbiology 101
· HVAC System Cleaning
· Lunch n' Learn – (1 hour) Join us and learn about the indoor environment during your lunch hour via webinars or visit our corporate offices training facility. This seminar series will address various indoor environmental contaminants, indoor air quality (IAQ) investigation strategies/methodologies, laboratory helps, and more.
· Evalu-aire Pro Training Program – (1 day) training for screen testing/initial investigations of the indoor environment, includes practical (hands on) application of various sampling techniques, accredited laboratory operations, and laboratory report interpretation.
· Advanced Indoor Environmental Training – (3 days) this comprehensive course on indoor environmental quality includes: theory (microbiology/mycology, allergens, and irritants) including indoor contaminant exposure guidelines, accredited laboratory operations/report interpretation, health implications of indoor pollutants, practical/hands-on sampling protocols, legal, and building sciences (forensic investigation strategies). For Building Health Check Program licensees, upon successful completion of the final examination, graduates are awarded the title of Certified Indoor Environmental Technician (CIET). This course is part of the Building Health Check Licensure program.
