MALDEN, Mass. - An apparent case of toxic mold has some residents concerned at one local apartment complex.
"In the corner, you can actually see mold spores growing right out of the ceiling," said the son of a resident.

Residents say the hidden hazard is growing behind their walls, and is causing health problems. One woman is actually living in her car. Her neighbor said the mold has caused him to break out in a rash.

Tenants are linking their health problems to the mold, because of a take-home test which showed that the mold is toxic, residents said. 

The problem has been going on for years, and now they want something done about it.
The city is still waiting for another assessment of the moldy situation.
