MOLD LAWYER SUES BIANCA

January 7, 2007 -- Bianca Jagger's apartment isn't the only thing with mold on it, according to her former lawyer.
Jagger, who has been in a high-profile battle with the landlord of her Park Avenue address over a mold problem, is being sued for not paying her legal bills.

Steve Wagner, Jagger's lawyer from Aug. 22, 2003 to May 31, 2004, filed suit last week in Manhattan Supreme Court, claiming the socialite and social activist stiffed him on $92,609.78 worth of legal work.

"She wasn't paying her bill and she was a difficult client. She was very demanding," Wagner said.
