Newberry sheriff's office relocating due to mold problems

WISTV.com

(Newberry) April 17, 2006 - Mold and water problems are forcing the Newberry County Sheriff's Office to make a move. The three year old sheriff's office, located on Main Street, has black mold spots on the walls and vents.
Earlier this year, Sheriff Lee Foster took WIS on a tour of the building and said he and others are getting sick because of the growth, so the office is being packed up and temporarily moved to 250 Wilson Road on Wednesday.
There will be no disruption of 911 or any other emergency services, and the telephone numbers will stay the same.
