A Judge says the Pender County School District is not at fault for students getting sick because their school was moldy.
 
Topsail High School was closed and cleaned about 2 1/2 years ago, after mold and mildew turned up in hallways and classrooms.
 
Four families had joined together in a class action law suit against Pender County Schools.
 
Lawyers for the school district say the judge ruled against the families.
 
They now have 30 days to appeal.
