Question:
Regulated Occupational Exposure Limit (OEL)  for Stachybotrys is:
  1. A. > 250 CFU's
    B. >150 CFU's
    C. >10 CFU's
    D. None of the Above

Answer: D. None of the above.  There are no current regulated limits for the bio-pollutants at this time.  Research and Legislative efforts are currently underway to establish future standards or guidelines.  In the mean time, many "standards of care" guidelines exist for various indoor environmental pollutants.
