All of the following are true of ASHRAE 62-1989 (Ventilation for Acceptable IAQ)EXCEPT:

Defines acceptable IAQ as an environment where 80% of occupants are not complaining

Relative Humidity should be maintained between 30% and 40%

AHUs and Fan Coil units should be accessible

Ventilation rate should be set so that 2000 ppm CO2 is not exceeded.
