Vehicle allegedly contaminated with toxic mold A North Carolina motorists has sued the General Motors Corporation and Mack Brown Inc. (dealership) for selling him a Cadillac Escalade SUV that was potentially contaminated with mold and yeast due to moisture intrusion. The motorist stated that the dealership and GMC provided all warranties, express and implied, associated with a new vehicle of the same make and model.
