When attempting to invite participants by selecting the "Invite a participant to a conference by email" icon in the lower left of the Invite Participants dialog box, the email application does not appear when using Lotus Notes as the email application.

In order to use the email capabilities of Design Conferencing the following two conditions must be met:

• Internet Explorer must specify Lotus Notes as the default e-mail system. In Internet Explorer, use Tools > Internet Options > Program Tab > Email and change Outlook Express to Lotus Notes.
• Lotus Notes must be running before attempting to send the conference invitation by email.
