Let the Games Begin

The Penn State men’s and women’s basketball teams start their season with exhibition games on Sun., Nov. 7 during a doubleheader at the Bryce Jordan Center. The Nittany Lions will take on East Stroudsburg, and the Lady Lions will challenge Gannon. It’s just the first of a 30+ game season, with Big Ten Conference play starting in December.

Alumni Groups Add Local Touch to Homecoming Parade

Colonel Sanders led the group from Kentucky. Maine and New Hampshire chapter members marched with lobsters. There were cheeseheads from Wisconsin and “beach babes” from Florida. It was the 2010 Homecoming Parade featuring more than 30 Penn State alumni groups.
