The 90 students of the Penn State Philharmonic Orchestra have been practicing prodigiously for the fourth annual Penn State President’s Concert—this year on March 24 at New York City’s Carnegie Hall. The program will feature the music of Respighi, Ginastera and Rachmaninov.
