The Blue & White Society is just exploding in terms of membership. For the year that just ended June 30, the Blue & White Society grew 60 percent to 7,547 members. Since 2003, its membership has tripled. And we expect the trend to continue.

In this year’s Alumni Council election, which ended May 31, nearly 15,000 Alumni Association members cast ballots and elected 10 alumni to the Association’s 86-member governing body. In addition, Alumni Association President Lewis H. Gold ’59 appointed three members to Council.

1976-2006: Wagon Train Show Alumni Reunite
The Wagon Train Show was a Penn State production in honor of the United State's 1976 Bicentennial. Thirty years later, the show's original cast reunited on the University Park campus over the July 4th weekend and put on the show one more time.

Scranton Event Attracts Hundreds, Raises Thousands
Braving thunder, lightning, pelting rain, flooded streets, and an evacuation of the adjacent town, 417 Penn State faithful came out for the Greater Scranton Chapter’s 28th annual Penn State Night featuring Penn State assistant football coach Tom Bradley.
