Alumni Association Bids Farewell to Seniors, Says Hello to Graduates
For Penn State, the best weekend of the year is about to unfold. A total of
8,154 students will graduate with bachelor’s degrees, 6,543 of them at
University Park. And an additional 2,201 Penn Staters will graduate with associate,
graduate, medical, or juris doctorate degrees systemwide. Our campuses across
the Commonwealth are beautiful by mid-May, ablaze with the glad colors of spring,
ready for the tens of thousands of family and friends who will arrive for commencement
ceremonies.
