Joe Scalo has been a service advisor at Prestige Lexus for seven years and is master-certified with Lexus. Joe’s regards his daily interaction with our customers, who rely on his expertise when maintaining their Lexus vehicles, as one of the best parts of his position. He regularly addresses customers’ concerns and enjoys working closely with his colleagues to provide exceptional customer service.
Joe graduated from Montclair State College receiving his degree in Marketing and Management. He and his family owned and operated a
tire and automotive service center for twenty-six years, which has contributed greatly to his understanding of vehicle maintenance and service products. With over thirty-eight years of automotive experience, Joe’s skills and product knowledge have made him an important part of the Prestige Lexus team.
Outside of Prestige Lexus, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife, Diane, and their four sons: Matt, Greg, Joe and Dan. He also enjoys sporting events, music, and fishing.
