The Prestige Lexus team is proud to have participated in this year’s Walk MS on Sunday, April 10th in Ridgewood. We were part of the nearly 1,500 people who walked a few miles and raised funds for the MS Walk at in Ridgewood. The event was one of 14 walks around northern and central New Jersey, which are expected to raise more than $2 million for the New Jersey Metro Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. The MS Society is dedicated to ending the devastating effects of MS, a chronic, unpredictable disease of the central nervous system (the brain, optic nerves and spinal cord). It is thought to be an autoimmune disorder, meaning the immune system incorrectly attacks the person's healthy tissue.

 

Our team, made up of staff, family and friends, greatly appreciates the support and donations we received, which will be matched by Prestige Lexus. We thank all of our sponsors whose contributions support the work of the National MS Society. They simultaneously fund research for a cure while also helping people who currently live with MS lead more fulfilling lives. Today, there is no cure for multiple sclerosis, and with a diagnosis occurring most frequently between the ages of 20 and 50, many individuals face a lifetime filled with unpredictability.
